Recruitment of Non Teaching positions

Applications in prescribed forms are invited for filling up the permanent post at IIT Indore.

1) System Manager - 01 

2. Workshop Superintendent - 01 

3. Assistant Registrar -02 (General)

4. Sport Officer - 01 (General)

5. Junior Superintendent - 02 [1- General & 1- OBC]

6. Junior Lab Assistant -03

7. Junior Technical Superintendent -04

8. Junior Accountant - 02

General Instructions:-

1. Applications in the prescribed format downloaded from the website (www.iiti.ac.in) should be submitted along with attested copies of testimonials with a registration fee of  `100/- by Demand Draft in favour of  Registrar,                                       Indian Institute of Technology Indore  payable at  Indore. SC, ST,  PH & Women candidates are exempted from registration fee. 

2. Reservation: Reservation for the posts advertised are applicable as per Govt. of India norms to SC, ST, PH and OBC candidates. The candidates applying against reserved posts are required to attach the attested copies of relevant certificate issued from the concerned Competent Authority in the proforma as prescribed by the Govt. of India. The Institute follows the Central List in the case of OBCs. 

3. Qualifications, experience and age will be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.

4. Mere fulfillment of qualifications and experience requirements does not entitle candidates to be called for test or Interview. 

5. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from candidates regarding conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for interview. 

6. The Institute may conduct written and /or Practical Tests for all the above posts and only those candidates who qualify the said tests will be called for interview. 

7. The application form without the attested copies of all relevant certificates (both experience and professional) will be rejected. 

8. NOC to be enclosed along with the application in respect of regular employees.

9. The candidate should send their application in an envelope superscripted clearly  “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____ “To  The REGISTRAR, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, IET-DAVV Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore  – 452 017.  Last date for submission of application form is 07th July, 2012.
