Essential /Desirable Qualifications
MBA / PG Degree / Diploma, two-years FULL-TIME, with specialization in Marketing / International Trade from a recognized Indian University / Institute besides having basic degree in any discipline. (In case of Distance Education / part time course, the duration must be of three years)
Required Experience
Minimum 10 years  (as on  16.07.2012)  of relevant post qualification executive experience in Marketing / International Trading in any Government / Public sector / Autonomous Body / MNCs or organization of repute.
- For PSU or Govt. candidates, at least two years of experience  in the scale of Rs. 29,100-54,000 (I.D.A.) (or) Rs. 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs. 6,600 (C.D.A.) (or) their equivalent scales as on 16.07.2012 (Relevant grade-equivalency documents must be enclosed)

Job Description
The incumbent is required to devise ways to boost International trade and formulate and execute Corporate policies, plans and strategies for International trade, and also assist in the Business Development of the commodity concerned.

Job Description
The incumbent is required to assist in the preparation and reviewing of all documents associated with imports, exports and domestic trade relating to the division/commodity he/she assigned to, and also assist in the Business Development of the commodity concerned. He/she will also be required to assist his seniors in devising ways to boost International trade and formulate and execute Corporate policies, plans and strategies for International trade.

Essential /Desirable Qualifications
A Graduate Degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 50% marks. Those possessing a Post-Graduation in Law (i.e. L.L.M) will have an added advantage.
Required Experience
Minimum 10 years (as on  16.07.2012) of relevant post qualification  executive experience in any  Government / Public sector / Autonomous body / MNCs / Solicitor’s firm /Advocate’s firm or in individual practice
- For PSU or Govt. candidates, at least two years of experience  in the scale of Rs. 29,100-54,000 (I.D.A.) (or) Rs. 15,600-39,100 with grade pay of Rs. 6,600 (C.D.A.) (or) their equivalent scales as on 16.07.2012 (Relevant grade-equivalency documents must be enclosed)

Job Description
The candidates should be well versed with Commercial laws, Labour Law, Tax Laws, Corporate Laws and Arbitration Laws. The job involves handling legal functions such as drafting of legal documents, advising Trade/Services Divisions on legal  matters and Coordination with SG / ASG / Senior Counsels on legal issues, Arbitration matters etc. and candidate is expected to have sufficient prior experience in these areas.

CA/ICWA OR MBA (Finance) from a recognized Indian University / Institute
Required Experience
