SELECTION CRITERIA – FOR POSTS 1, 2, 3 and 4
The criteria for selection for the posts are Personal Interview only.  Candidates up to a ratio of 1:10 shall be considered in order of merit for Personal Interview. However depending upon the number of applications, Management have a right to change the ratio depending upon number of applications.   
SELECTION CRITERIA–  FOR POST NO.5 -  SENIOR ENGINEER
Written test shall be held if number of applicants for the post are 50 and above The Written Test Carries 100 marks.  The Group Discussion carries 50 marks and Interview carries 50 marks.  Candidates securing 50% marks and above in written test shall be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 for Group Discussion and Interview.  85% weightage will be accorded for written test and 15% weightage will be accorded for the combined marks of Group Discussion and Interview.     The selected candidates will be finally empanelled in order of merit based on the total weightage of written test, group discussion and interview. 
In the event of applications less than 50, the candidates shall undergo Group Discussion and Interview. Candidates shall be shortlisted for Group Discussion based upon Experience and Educational Qualification in the ratio 1:3. The Group Discussion and the Interview carries 50 marks each. The selected candidates will be finally empanelled in order of merit based on the total marks obtained inGroup Discussion and Interview.
SELECTION CRITERIA – FOR POST NO.6 - SENIOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Written test shall be held if number of applicants for the post are 50 and above.  The Written Test Carries 100 marks and Interview carries 50 marks.  Candidates securing 50% marks and above in written test shall be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 for Interview.  85% weightage will be accorded for written test and 15% weightage will be accorded for Interview.     The selected candidates will be finally empanelled in order of merit based on the total weightage of written test and interview. 
In the event of applications less than 50, candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of experience & educational qualification in the ratio 1:10 for Interview. The Interview shall carry 50 marks.  The selected candidates will be finally empanelled  in order of merit based on the marks obtained inInterview. 
SELECTION CRITERIA – FOR POST NO.7 - PAs
Written test shall be held if number of applicants for the post are 50 and above.  The Written test carries 100 marks.  The Skill Test consists of 10 minutes dictation @ 100 w.p.m. which is required to be translated and typed in computer in 40 minutes.     5% mistakes are only allowed.   Candidates passing the skill test shall only be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 in order of merit for interview.   Interview carries 50 marks.   
In the event of applications less than 50, the candidates shall undergo Skill Test and Interview as per description above. The selected candidates will be finally empanelled in order of merit based on the marks obtained inInterview. 
SELECTION CRITERIA –FOR POST NO.8 - SUPERVISOR (ESTATE)
Written test shall be held if number of applicants for the post are 50 and above.  Written test carries 100 marks   and candidates securing 50% and above shall only be called for Interview in the ratio of 1:10 in order of merit. 85% weightage will be given for written test.   The interview shall carry 50 marks.  15% weightage will be given for the Interview marks. 
In the event of applications less than 50, candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of experience & educational qualification in the ratio 1:10 for Interview. The interview shall carry 50 marks.
