NSTFDC, a PSU under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India, is primarily engaged in providing concessional financial assistance for economic development of Scheduled Tribes through its Channelizing Agencies in the States/UTs.
1) Deputy Manager (Finance)
Qualification and Experience:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience of which 3 years service at the executive level.
Qualification and Experience:

2) Deputy Company Secretary
Qualification and Experience:
Degree in Arts/Science/Com. with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the executive level.
Desirable: CA/ICWA/LLB.
Qualification and Experience:
Degree in Arts/Science/Com. with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the executive level.

3) Assistant Zonal Manager (3)
Qualification and Experience:
(i) PG Degree in Arts/Science/Com./Agri. Sc./Vet.Sc./ B.E. from recognized University.
(ii) Minimum 3 yrs. experience in the supervisory level preferably in formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of developmental projects/ schemes in the social sector.
Desirable: Full time MBA/ PG Degree or Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work.
Qualification and Experience:
(i) PG Degree in Arts/Science/Com./Agri. Sc./Vet.Sc./ B.E. from recognized University.
(ii) Minimum 3 yrs. experience in the supervisory level preferably in formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of developmental projects/ schemes in the social sector.

4) Asstt. Manager (Personnel)
Qualification and Experience:

1.Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/HRD.
2.Full time MBA(HRD)/LLB/ Diploma in Labour Laws.
Qualification and Experience:
(i) PG Degree in Arts/Science/Com. from recognized University.
(ii) Minimum 3 yrs. experience in the supervisory level.
Desirable:
1.Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management/HRD.
2.Full time MBA(HRD)/LLB/ Diploma in Labour Laws.
General information & conditions:
The age limit for the post of Dy. Manager/ Dy. Company Secretary is 37 years and for Asstt. Manager/AZM is 32 years on the closing date.
Reservation and age relaxation applicable as per the Central Govt. rules.
Besides Dearness Allowance (IDA) and HRA, other perks and allowances such as conveyance, medical, children education allowance, canteen subsidy, newspaper/ magazine reimbursement, etc., are admissible upto 50% of the basic pay as per rules of the Corporation. In addition, other benefits such as PRP, LTC, hospitalization reimbursement, etc., are also admissible.
The short-listed candidates only shall be called for an interview by the Selection Committee. Merely fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions will not vest any right in the candidate for being called for interview/ selection.
