Walk-in Interview for grant of Innovation Award

Walk-in interview is proposed to be held on 25th July, 2012 between 10 am to 5 pm at the above address to fill up the following position:-

1) Innovation Awardee
Total number of posts: 03
age limit: 40
Consolidated Emoluments: Rs. 40,000/-
Tenure: 4 years

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Interview will be held from 10 am to 5 pm. Candidates will be called for interview on first-come-first-serve basis subject to their fulfilling all the requirements specified above.  Candidates arriving after 12 noon will not be interviewed.

2. Candidates should send the following to the administrative office by email (recruitment@thsti.res.in) before 18th July,2012

(i) CV

(ii) Nomination/recommendation letter from the guide/supervisor/employer/HOD/Director of Institute. The nomination letter should indicate the candidate’s competence for the award and should be sent directly in confidence. 

(iii)An innovation project proposal of about 1000 words in the field of advanced diagnostics research and application.

4. Appointment will be made on contract initially for a period upto 4 years (with a probation period of one year that may be reviewed for confirmation subject to satisfactory performance ). 

5. Positions will be initially based in the THSTI’s interim laboratories at Gurgaon and will be shifted to its permanent campus in Faridabad when ready.

6. Reservation rules as per Government of India norms will be followed.

7. All educational professional and technical qualification should be from a recognized Board/University.

8. The experience requirement specified shall be  experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post. Experience backed up by sound original peer-reviewed research publications will be important for selection.

9. The age limit, qualification, experience and other requirements for the post is relaxable at the discretion of the competent authority, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. 

10. Persons working in Govt. or Public Sector undertaking should apply through proper channel or produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of Interview.

11. Outstation SC/ST candidates will be paid to & fro second-class railway fare, as per Govt. of India rules on production of 

the proof of the same.

12. Number of positions filled will be as per the need and availability of the  suitable candidates.

13. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
