Job Title :
Deputy Manager (Information & Communication Technologies) – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Enterprise portal (EP)
Main Purpose: Co-ordinating with internal clients and outside solution providers with respect to finalisation and testing of various IT applications.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Guide, supervise and monitor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Portal (EP) requirement finalisation and implementation
2. Co-ordinate with solution provider and NDDB functional Group
3. Co-ordinate with other team of integration with extranet/intranet/end implementing agencies (EIAs)
4. Co-ordination and assistance to PMU-NDP I ICT activities
5. Co-ordinate with functional groups to finalise business blue print
6. Provide guidance to functional groups to test the application
7. Provide support for testing and 'Go' live the application
8. Post-implementation support
ADDITIONAL/ OCCASIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (listed in order of priority)
a. Post-implementation for Web-site
b. Post-implementation support to intranet/extranet
c. Plan, design and deploy Knowledge, Content, Document management (thru Intranet) in all Groups
d. Ad-hoc report generation using BI tools
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education:
B. Tech. (IT) or MCA or equivalent or MBA (IT) or equivalent with 2 years post qualification experience
